By using Bip Tak's services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using Bip Tak.

The following individuals are not permitted to use Bip Tak:

• Anyone under 18 years of age
• Residents of countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law
• Owners of accounts previously closed by Bip Tak
• Individuals who lack decision-making capacity due to a mental disability

To register an account on Bip Tak, you must provide accurate and complete information. Registering with false details will result in account closure, and any balance in that account may be forfeited.

One person, one account policy

Each person may hold only one Bip Tak account. Opening multiple accounts using the same mobile number, bank account, or device is strictly prohibited.

• Full KYC verification (National ID/Passport) is required for withdrawals

• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility

Deposit Terms & Conditions

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name only
• Deposits from third parties will not be accepted
• Your balance will be credited within 1–3 minutes of a successful deposit

Withdrawal Terms & Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳300
• Withdrawals are only available on accounts that have completed KYC verification
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit
• Bip Tak reserves the right to verify withdrawals in cases of suspicious activity
• Daily maximum withdrawal limit: ৳5,00,000

There are a few basic rules all users must follow when placing bets on Bip Tak. These rules apply equally to everyone.

• Once you click the "Confirm Bet" button, the bet cannot be changed or cancelled
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Bip Tak reserves the right to void the affected bets
• If significant changes occur before a match begins — such as a venue change or weather conditions — odds may be adjusted accordingly
• Bip Tak is not responsible for any bets voided due to internet delays during live betting
• If a match is abandoned or incomplete, the bet will be voided and the stake returned

Parlay or Accumulator Bets

In a parlay bet, if one event is cancelled, that event is removed and the remaining selections stay active. If all events are cancelled, the full stake will be refunded.

General Bonus Terms & Conditions

• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — the applicable wagering requirements must be met first
• The same offer cannot be used more than once or across multiple accounts
• You generally have 30 days to fulfill the wagering requirements
• Bonus betting may be restricted on certain games or sports
• Bip Tak reserves the right to cancel or modify any bonus at any time

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bip Tak. If any such activity is detected, the account may be closed and the balance forfeited.

• Multiple Accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same person's name or identity
• Bots & automated software: Using bots, scripts, or automated software to place bets
• Odds Matching: Placing conflicting bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a bonus
• Money Laundering: Using Bip Tak to launder money
• Fraud: Providing false information, using stolen payment methods, or assuming another person's identity
• Match Fixing: Attempting to influence the outcome of any event
• Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to Bip Tak's systems

Bip Tak reserves the right to notify the relevant authorities if suspicious activity is detected.

Bip Tak is committed to providing a consistent, high-quality service. However, disruptions may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.

• Bip Tak will not be held liable for failed transactions caused by internet outages or technical issues
• Bip Tak is not liable for delays caused by issues with third-party payment gateways
• Bip Tak is not responsible for missed bets resulting from issues with a user's own device or internet connection
• Bip Tak will not be held responsible if a user's password or account information is compromised due to their own negligence

Bip Tak reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Any violation of these Terms & Conditions
• False or incomplete registration information
• Suspicious financial activity or suspected fraud
• Refusal or failure to complete KYC verification
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion)

In the case of a permanent closure, if there is a valid balance in the account and no rules have been violated, the withdrawal process can be completed. In cases of fraud or rule violations, the balance may be forfeited.

Bip Tak believes betting should be entertainment, not a source of harm. We actively work to promote a responsible gaming culture.

• Self-Limit: Set your own daily, weekly, or monthly betting limits
• Cooling-Off: Take a short break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days
